Could Kentucky be on its way to make conversion therapy legal again?

  Could Kentucky be on its way to unban conversion therapy, making it legal for minors? The answer is - yes. It is possible that Kentucky could undo the conversion therapy ban, and there is a bill (House Bill 495) that seems set on doing just that.  Conversion therapy is “a pseudoscientific and discredited practice that attempts to force LGBTQ+ individuals to change their sexual orientation or gender identity and instead identify as heterosexual or cisgender.” as psychologytoday.com puts it, for those who didn’t know what it was. This bill was originally to protect conversion therapy but banning gender affirming care has now been added to the bill as well. The add-on would outlaw using Medicaid funds for gender-affirming care (hormone-blockers and surgery) intended for transgender ADULTS. You heard that right. "Hitler Didn't Murder Millions" - Musk

  Thursday, March 13th, 2025, makes it really seem like Elon Musk will never beat the Nazi allegations. Musk retweeted “Hitler Didn’t Kill Millions”, and instead he claims, “their public sector workers did.” First, his infamous Nazi salute, then telling Germans to get over their “past guilt”, now this. The things that people who hold power are posting are very real. There are so many things that are being connected to Nazis and Hitler in our government right now. I truly thought that things couldn’t get much worse. The Pink Triangle

The Pink Triangle   On March 10th, 2025, 12:48AM Donald Trump posted a news article link that had the symbol that originated in the 1930’s in Germany - The Pink Triangle. It was originally used by Nazis to identify gay men and transgender women in concentration camps. Later on, in 1970, the LGBT community repurposed the symbol and used it as a protest against homophobia and for pride. Trump’s post depicted the symbol-used-by-Nazis with it crossed out. Now, with Trump’s past history and sayings on gay marriage and transgender people, it is likely he meant this to be taken as an Anti-LGBT symbol. This is concerning to lots of Americans - specifically because the symbol he used is an originally Nazi symbol. With this, the Nazi salute Elon Musk (who Trump is good friends with and supports), and how he supposedly ‘kept a book of Adolf Hitler’s speeches in his bedside cabin (according to Ivana Trump, Donald’s ex-wife), it’s starting to look a little bit more concerning each day. ...
